Hi Judy and Greg,
My husband Brian and I are planning to walk the Camino Portuguese in 2013, and I would love to be able to chat with you about a few things if possible.
Things like, what size backpack did you carry, approx how much weight, some of the other accommodation spots you didn’t mention by name etc., and the important question for Greg about lightweight hikers!
I’ve been looking at Merrell’s as I use them for sandals everyday, we live on the Sunshine Coast in Qld., and I just love them. They have a few different styles, some heavier then others.
We have never done a walk like this before, and are planning on starting in Porto, but after reading about the road out we catch the bus out of town, then start. I was wondering about the coastal route as well. So many questions.
So if you have the time I would love to speak with you one day.
