And now there are all sorts of fancy variations, including one with macarons instead of cake. I think that’s a waste of macarons!

I think Gregs idea of breakfast is like mine, love cakes at any time of the day. Has he tried trifle at breakfast. (Perhaps in Australia you don’t have trifle. )They didn’t in Canada until my sister went to live there. Now she is asked to make them regularly. Have a good weekend . Margaret.
