The reindeer we have seen have not been very big, Ron. Maybe they are the mothers and young ones. But when we were in the Arctic Museum yesterday we saw a stuffed moose. Hooley dooley those things are big! If a car hit one of them, it would cause serious damage!

Yes we are pretty well set up, although we do still find things that we ‘need’. Before we walked in Central Australia last year, we found a little kettle that has been fantastic. It boils water much faster than a billy and is much easier to pour out of.
We also have very lightweight sleeping mattresses that roll very small, and our latest find before this trip was thermal sleeping bag liners that increase the warmth of our sleeping bags. I was glad of that when we were camping inside the Arctic Circle.

We, or rather Greg, carried 2 out of 3 of those pieces of equipment in his backpack when we walked the Larapinta Trail. You can probably guess which one we left at home!

Hail at our place never seen it before seas where very high lots of trees down we have a billy that heats with twiggs Greg brought for us years ago TWIGG is what Fays nick name was that was before she met the important person being ME ???? I be leave the reindeer are pretty large the temp in England has reached 30 degs guess what they are dying of the heat can you be leave it he is back in shorts again.
