Oh gosh Judy that’s sounds like a PITA, I think mine was delivered ok although I never got the email to say it was – I had emails tracking it right up to -‘it’s on delivery for today’ and that was it – customer never contacted me so it must of been all good.

How funny – I also had an order to Gibraltar earlier this year, but it didn’t have a good ending. I sent a 5kg box of books (!!!) to a customer who was on holidays when DHL tried 4 times (!!!) to deliver it, gave up and sent the box back to me. When we left in early Sept, it still hadn’t made its way back to me. Lots of emails back and forth between me and the customer, I refused to accept any responsibility & if she still wants them, she can pay again to have them delivered.
