Hey Mickey! How was your Alaskan adventure? Yes, we have had a great trip, sad it’s almost over … we fly home on Sunday night.
Greg gave me the Bouchon Baking book a couple of Christmases ago and I’ve read it often but never really baked much from it, apart from reading up on their macaron technique. Will get to and do some serious baking when I get home. xxx

Now that you are coming to the end of what must have been a great journey it puts you in awe of the great world that we are privileged to live in get away from humans and it is an awe inspiring place I truly think it is those people that have not seen its wonders that treat it with such disdain you both have seen more wonders than I thank you for sharing them great music must have another piece to finish off with .
