Hey Mickey! How was your Alaskan adventure? Yes, we have had a great trip, sad it’s almost over … we fly home on Sunday night.
Greg gave me the Bouchon Baking book a couple of Christmases ago and I’ve read it often but never really baked much from it, apart from reading up on their macaron technique. Will get to and do some serious baking when I get home. xxx
